Delivery and returns

Expedition

The items will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer on the order form. The delivery time indicated at the time of registration of the order is just indicative and should not be considered as a guarantee. Consequently, the reasonable delay in the delivery of the goods can not open to the customer the right to: the award of damages and interests; the cancellation of the order.
The transport risk is entirely the responsibility of the customer. In the event that goods are missing or damaged during transport, the customer must express all the necessary reservations on the order form upon receipt of the goods concerned. The said reservations must, however, be confirmed in writing within five days of delivery, by registered letter AR.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping costs: France 4,90 €, Europe et DOM 8,50€ and Rest of the world 15€
FREE Shipping on all orders over 50€ for France
FREE Shipping on all orders over 75€ for the rest fo the world

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Rolling Skulls is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Rolling Skulls is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns Policy

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. If a gift was included, the gift must be returned as well
For hygine reasons and to guarantee that you will always receive a brand new, unused product underwear and accesories will not be refunded or exchanged Of course, if there is a manufacturing fault with your garment you are welcome to the return the items back to us for a full refund, however, please consider that:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • If a gift was included, the gift must be returned as well

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.
